So I bought the LivingSocial package. What happens next?
Please email me at anna {at} sunbrightsparrowstudio.com to discuss possible session dates. I shoot exclusively in the late afternoon/early evening hours, when the light is soft and dreamy, so please keep that in mind. Weekend appointments fill fast, so we might have to schedule you for several weeks in the future. After you schedule your session, I will email you a welcome packet with further information, and call you to confirm your appointment and discuss options for your shoot.
Remind me again what’s included in my package.
A one-hour photo shoot on location (a technical way of saying outside, in natural light), an 11×14″ print, 10 images on a DVD, a password-protected online gallery that you can share with family and friends for two weeks, and pre- and post-shoot consultations. The images on DVD are suitable for online use and printing up to 5×7″, and will be watermarked.
Where is your studio?
My office is downtown, but my studio is the entire Orlando metro area. I work outdoors in natural light, so I will come to your home or meet you at one of my favorite scenic locations in Dr Phillips, Maitland, Lake Buena Vista, Winter Park, or downtown.
What type of session can I use my coupon for?
You choose! We could shoot engagement, maternity, newborn, family, senior, or pet photos. Whatever type of session you choose, remember that your LivingSocial package covers one hour of time and talent; additional time can be purchased at my regular rate of $125/hour.
I’d like to use my coupon for a big family photo. How would that work?
As you can see from my portfolio images, my photographer is focused on smaller family groups in intimate settings. The LivingSocial deal only includes up to four participants per shoot. However, if several families purchase separate coupons and would like to combine them into one shoot, I’d be happy to accomodate you.
Because you’re shooting so many LivingSocial clients, I know you’ll be busy. Will all the images be edited?
Of course! I have a very distinctive style, and all your photos will be shot and edited accordingly. Because my business is based on the creation of hand-crafted art and exceptional customer service, you will receive the same level of care as all my clients.
I love my pictures! How do I order more?
I knew you would say that! About two weeks after our shoot, we will meet for a post-session consultation in my office, at which we can review 10-20 select images and choose your favorites. Before our consultation, you will receive a complete price list: 8×10″s start at $60, and collections begin at $1000, all payable by credit card. I would love to help you create a wall gallery or album that tells your story.
What if I don’t like my pictures?
Due to the heavily discounted nature of this package, reshoots for issues related to hair, clothing, makeup, or crazy child behavior are not possible.
